Shey Associates offers high dollar loans to individuals or businesses whom have unencumbered collateral (preferably real estate). Private lending services through Shey Associates does not include small consumer loans that can be acquired through a bank. Many individuals or businesses whom choose to work with private lenders prefer the fewer “hoops” that are required to jump through than more conventional lending institutions. Shey Associates secures loans with real estate pledged as collateral. Examples of collateral: Assigned life insurance, land, rights ownership, property). Our private lending division recognizes that each loan will often need to be created around each client's unique set of financial circumstances. This type of creative financing is not typical of traditional banking. Core focus- private real estate lending 50% to 60%loan to value. Borrower pledges additional collateral to compensate for any risk in the transaction. Loan terms are usually 24-60 months Interest only payments are available.
